I've brought one back to my office and it does work. However when i big it back i get the same messge. I do not have a Try and see if putting a manual DNS will help or not. You can try first to check with 1.1.1.1 and maybe you can also try the VPN ip as DNS also.. Before all this try flushing the DNS cache on your computer.
